ABOUT COMMUNITY PHARMACIST
Colorado’s State
Capitol, located in Denver, Colorado, is less than a 15-minute-drive from
Community Pharmacist’s offices in Lakewood, Colorado. The dome of the Capitol
building is covered with nearly 200 ounces of gold. The 15th step on the west
side of the building is exactly one mile above sea level.
Community Pharmacist
is a one-of-a-kind online pharmacy trade journal that meets
the professional and educational needs of today's practitioner. An outgrowth of
two regional journals — Pharmacy West Magazine, established in 1888, and
Southern Pharmacy Journal, established in 1908 — Community Pharmacist
is the pharmacist's national news source with a "local flavor." Just as
pharmacists read their hometown newspapers, so do they read Community
Pharmacist.
That's because Community Pharmacist presents a unique perspective into the news of the
regions not found in other pharmacy publications. The informal, personal format
concentrates on informing pharmacists about important calendar events,
continuing education programs, and the people who practice and conduct business
throughout the 50 United States.
